MY TRIP SO FAR
I’m a passionate coach with a decade of experience helping athletes unlock their full potential. My journey in the world of athletics began in high school and continued through college, where I competed in varsity track for four years and played soccer. Over the years, I've had the privilege of coaching athletes of all levels and across various sports, and I've seen firsthand the impact of smart, targeted training on performance.
My journey into speed and performance training started when family members of athletes I coached approached me, looking to improve their speed and agility. This sparked my deep interest in performance training, leading me to specialize in helping athletes become faster, stronger, and more agile.
CREDENTIALS
I hold a USA Track and Field Level 2 certification in sprints, hurdles, relays and am currently working towards Level 3, as well as a USA Weightlifting Level 1 certification. These credentials have provided me with a solid foundation in both track and field and strength training, which I combine to create a comprehensive approach to performance.
PHILOSOPHY
My coaching philosophy centers around working smarter, not just harder. If the goal is to get faster, we need to focus on efficiency, precision, and utilizing technology to elevate training to the next level. There's no need to waste time on unnecessary exhaustion — every movement should serve a purpose.
FOUNDATION
What sets my training apart is my unique background. Starting in track and field and transitioning into speed and strength training, I’ve developed a keen understanding of the technical proficiency required to excel. Unlike many coaches, my foundation is rooted in the principles of track, where technique is critical for maximizing speed and efficiency. I take pride in helping athletes perfect their form while also developing strength and power to take their performance to new heights.
GOALS
I am most passionate about helping athletes achieve and then surpass their goals in ways they never imagined. There’s nothing more fulfilling than watching athletes reach new milestones, often shocking themselves with their own capabilities.
